The last episode of Ted Lasso is being aired this week. Thank you Ted Lasso for bringing a renewed faith in humanity back in the dark days of August 2020. In honor of his many “biscuits with the Boss,” I'm baking his shortbread recipe (w/ freshly milled flour), and they come in a pink box of course!
