The base: a delicious, long-fermented, high hydration sourdough made with 15% freshly milled organic grain (Sonora & Durum) along with Organic "Type 80" European-Style Old-World Bread Flour, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and Celtic Sea Salt …yes please!
