Sourdough Hot Cross Buns
A sourdough version of a traditional British Easter treat! Sweet, fluffy, cinnamon & pumpkin spice-scented buns with dried apricots & currents, an apricot glaze, and cream cheese icing cross – these are something to make a new tradition out of! (BTW, Merriam-Webster recently declared that English sentences may end with prepositions.😉) Nine per order (limited quantity/capacity!).
Orders must be placed by 12pm Friday to be in time for the week’s bake!
pick up is between 10am-noon on Easter Sunday, March 31st, in Central Austin. If you can’t make it till later, I can leave your order on a rack in the driveway, you’ll just have to dodge all the neighborhood kids hunting for Easter eggs in the front yard.
