I’m no Frenchman, but does it help that one of my brothers lives there? 15% freshly milled Organic Rouge de Bordeaux, Liberté Organic Traditional T65 (a collaboration between Grands Moulins de Paris and Central Milling – an organic flour for French style breads that contains organic dehydrated deactivated rye sourdough), as well as French Grey Sea Salt add to their je ne sais quoi. Three per order.
Orders must be placed by 12pm Friday to be in time for the week’s bake!
